Grown in the Coban region, the area's unique rainy cold climate, and clay and limestone soils produce a slow maturation of coffee berries, resulting in rich, sweet, and complex characteristics.
Fully washed and dried in the sun, the cooperative of small lot local farmers ensures consistent quality and exceptional coffee. This coffee is also certified Organic, reflecting the commitment to sustainable practices and high standards in production.
